If you remember the days of Chez Jay Pop Up, you’ll recall the intimate fine dining experience in my home. While the vision remains the same, we’ve officially outgrown that space and expanded to our own dedicated space right in the heart of downtown San Diego, next to Petco Park. Although we’re no longer serving you in my home, we’ve created a space that still feels like one—cozy, welcoming, and truly an introvert’s dream.

Here, you can expect 11 courses that highlight staple dishes from my childhood, paired with the freshest seafood and farm-to-table ingredients Southern California has to offer.
